Production Directed by Robin Howard
Script by: David Lee of Pantoni Pantomimes
Their Royal Highnesses, the handsome Prince Charming, and his beautiful wife The Princess Cinderella, have been invited to a Royal Gala Circus performance held in their honour, on The Royal Estate, Sandringham.
The Royal Party are approaching the Big Top in a magnificent coach, pulled by four white horses and accompanied by the Ladies in Waiting. Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess are about to arrive to a huge fanfare of trumpets and great excitement from their loyal subjects……..
But all is not well inside the Big Top…..
Those Ugly Sisters Susannah and Trinny have foiled security and have somehow managed to get into the Royal Box. Eventually, after much pandemonium Buttons and helpers from the audience save the day, and The Royal Couple take their seats for a most magnificent Circus Show.
Fabulous Artistes, terrific dancers, fantastic animals, wonderful clowns – a truly marvellous circus show BUT……
Those silly Ugly Sisters are there to cause trouble for Princess Cinderella, just like they always used to…… and Oh Boy they do – right the way through the performance!
Thank goodness for the ever faithful Buttons……..he’s there to make sure our story has a happy ending, but he needs a great deal of help from the audience.
A very, very funny pantomime, loads of gags, cries of he’s behind you, plenty of slap stick, traditional clowning, beautiful animals, creative circus performers and loads of singalong songs.
Great fun for the young and a great trip down memory lane for the not so young who simply cant resist Family Pantomime and Christmas Circus – just like it used to be.
Fabulous lighting and a complete surround sound system and central heating……. A bit like being in the Theatre – but so very much nicer!
The Circus/Pantomime takes place under a beautiful brand new centrally heated BIG TOP with ice cream, popcorn and candy floss in plentiful supply.
